You’ve been together for all this time, and you want to know how to stop your relationship ending.

There’s two schools of thought in our modern world – One is to throw in the towle because the grass looks greener on the otherside.

The other is to work on your relationship, and do what your parents (or maybe grandparents) did, and that was to work through your problems and reconcile your differences using these techniques

Now You Can Stop Your Break Up, Divorce or Lovers Rejection…Even If Your Situation Seems Hopeless!

What if you could rekindle that special thing you have had for so long?… Wipe the slate clean? Turn back time? Even if you feel right now that your situation is too far gone – too screwed up – or just plain too darn complicated?

How long does it take to do a 5 minute job? The obvious answer should be five minutes.

Murphy’s Law will tell you otherwise; a five minute job is almost 100% guaranteed to take over an hour.

The question to ask then, is this: Why do we always (knowingly) take on jobs like that, and finally finish the job, shaking our heads, saying”Never again”?

Reminds us of our youth. Waking up on Sunday afternoon nursing a huge hangover from the previous night. “Never again!”, we declare.

Until the following Saturday evening, when we go out snd get blind drunk!

A five minute job never takes five minutes – never!!

“Why do you do that?”

“Because I can get a fuel discount voucher!” they reply.

We believe that what comes around goes around, and as you sow, then so shall you reap.

Why should you expect local businesses to support you, when you’d rather support multi nationals for the sake of a few dollars?

Local business owners that choose to spend locally understand the benefits to the local community. Keep the money flowing so that Ben can pay Pete, and Pete can pay you, so you can pay Ben

<img align="right"src="http://www.bookkeepingteam.com.au/book-keepers-bookeeping/aussie-notes-coins-calculator.jpg" alt="How Are Your Donations Used" />Do you ever consider how your donations are used? As you’ll realise there are “administration costs” and so not every cent goes to the intended recipient.

Keep these facts in mind when “donating”. As you open your pockets for yet another natural disaster, we have listed charities from the highest (worse paid offender) to the lowest (least paid offender).

UNICEF – CEO
The worst offender was yet again for the 11th year in a row is, UNICEF – CEO, receives $1,200,000 per year, (plus use of a Rolls Royce for his exclusive use where ever he goes, and an expense account that is rumoured to be well over $150,000.) Only pennies from the actual donations goes to the UNICEF cause (less than $0.14 per dollar of income i.e 14%).

American Red Cross
The second worst offender this year is Marsha J. Evans, President and CEO Of the American Red Cross… For her salary for the year ending in 2009 was $651,957 plus expenses. Enjoys 6 weeks – fully paid holidays including all related expenses during the holiday trip for her and her husband and kids. Including 100% fully paid health & dental plan for her and her family, for life. This means out of every dollar they bring in, about $0.39 goes to related charity causes i.e 39%.

United Way
The third worst offender was again for the 7th time was, Brian Gallagher, President of the United Way receives a $375,000 base salary (U. S. Funds), plus so many numerous expense benefits it’s hard to keep track as to what it is all worth, including a fully paid lifetime membership for 2 golf courses (1 in Canada, and 1 in the U. S. A.), 2 luxury vehicles, a yacht club membership, 3 major company gold credit cards for his personal expenses… And so on. This equates to about $0.51 per dollar of income goes to charity causes i.e 51%.

World Vision
Fourth worst offender who was also again in the fourth spot, for every year since this information has been made available from the start 1998 is amazingly yet again, World Vision President (Canada) receives $300,000 base salary, (plus supplied – a home valued in the $700,000 – $800,000 dollar value range, completely furnished, completely paid all housing expenses, including taxes, water/sewer, telephone/fax, HD/high speed cable, weekly maid service and pool/yard maintenance, fully paid private schooling for his children, upscale automobile and an $55,000 personal expense account for clothing/food, with a $125,000 business expense account).

Get this, because it is a “religious based” charity, it pays, little to no taxes, can receive government assistance and does not have to declare were the money goes. Only about $0.52 of earned income per dollar is available for charity causes, i.e 52%

Lowest Paid CEO
Of the sixty some odd “charities” we looked at, the lowest paid (President/CEO/Commissioner) was heading up a charity group in Canada. We found, believe it or not, it was……

Ready for this.

I think you might be surprised…

It is, none other than…

The Salvation Army‘s Commissioner Todd Bassett receives a salary of only $13,000 per year (plus housing) for managing this $2 Billion dollar organization. Which means about $0.93 per dollar earned, is readily available and goes back out to local charity causes… Truly amazing … And well done “Sally Anne”

Lions clubs use all donations to go back into the community as all account monies are the responsibility of the club to raise by odd jobs to a separate account

No further comment is necessary…”Think Twice” before you give to your charity of choice as to which one really does the best for the most – or the least for the most, for that matter. Remember charity starts at home. Look after the people of this country.

99% of people won’t have the guts to share this..

I Just Did!

Cruz Construction started a division in North Dakota just 6 months ago. Read this report from our guest author:

Cruz Construction has transferred all nine Kenworth trucks and several drivers they had Alaska to North Dakota.
<a href="http://www.cruzconstruct.com/history.php"target="_blank">They’ve also bought two new Kenworths to add to that fleet, a Tri-Drive tractor and a 65 ton lowboy to go with it.

Addiitionally they’ve bought two new cranes (one crawler & one rubber tired) for that division. Dave Cruz said they’ve moved more rigs in the last 6 months in ND than Cruz Construction moved in Alaska in the last 6 years.

Williston is like a gold rush town, and Cruz have moved a 40 man camps down there to relive the accommodation shortage.

Unemployment in ND is the lowest in the nation at 3.4 percent at last count.

See anything in the national news about how the oil industry is fueling North Dakota’s economy?

Here’s an astonishing read.

Important and verifiable information:

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest.

U.S. has more oil than all the Middle East put together

The host said to Forbes, “I am going to ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer:

How much oil does the U.S. have in the ground?
Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, “more than all the Middle East put together.”

The U.S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big.

It was a revised report (hadn’t been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota, and extreme eastern Montana.

Check THIS out:
The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska’s Prudhoe Bay, and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil.

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable( 5 billion barrels), at $107 a barrel, we’re looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion.

“When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.” says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature’s financial analyst.

“This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years,” reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette.

It’s a formation known as the Williston Basin, but is more commonly referred to as the ‘Bakken.’ It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada. For years, U.S. oil exploration has been considered a dead end. Even the ‘Big Oil’ companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago.

However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken’s massive reserves, and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!!!!!!

That’s enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight. And if THAT didn’t throw you on the floor, then this next one should – because it’s from 2006 !!!!!!

U.S. Oil Discovery – Largest Reserve in the World Stansberry Report Online – 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted.

With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling?

They reported this stunning news:
We have more oil inside our borders than all the other proven reserves on
earth.

Here are the official estimates:

8 times as much oil as Saudi Arabia
18 times as much oil as Iraq
21 times as much oil as Kuwait
22 times as much oil as Iran
500 times as much oil as Yemen
and it’s all right here in the Western United States!!!!!!

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy. WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we’ve got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East, more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That’s more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post.

Don’t think ‘OPEC’ will drop its price even with this find? Think again! It’s all about the competitive marketplace, it has to.

Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?

Got your attention yet? Now, while you’re thinking about it, do this:

Pass this along. If you don’t take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices, by doing NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain.

Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.

By the way, this can be verified. Check it out at the link below !!!!!!

Our Guest Author, Terence Cardwell, spent 25 years in the Electricity Commission. Here he reveals some truths about media Carbon Copy, Carbon Lies, and Carbon Tax.

EVERY AUSTRALIAN SHOULD READ THIS

THIS CURRENT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, IF ALLOWED TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE POLICIES IMPOSED UPON IT BY THE GREENS WILL BRING US ALL DOWN. IT REALLY IS TIME FOR THE COMMUNITY TO ACT TO REJECT THE CARBON TAX. WE CAN DO OUR PART BY CIRCULATING THIS MESSAGE FAR AND WIDE.

CO2….READ THIS…..THEN FORWARD IT ON TO ALL THOSE YOU KNOW.

First I should clarify, my name is Terence Cardwell. I spent 25 years in the Electricity Commission of NSW working, commissioning and operating the various power units. My last was the 4 X 350 MW Munmorah Power Stations near Newcastle. I would be pleased to supply you any information you may require.

I have sat by for a number of years frustrated at the rubbish being put forth about carbon dioxide emissions, thermal coal fired power stations and renewable energy and the ridiculous Emissions Trading scheme.

Frustration at the lies told (particularly during the election) about global pollution. Using Power Station cooling towers for an example. The condensation coming from those cooling towers is as pure as that that comes out of any kettle.

Frustration about the so-called incorrectly named man-made ‘carbon emissions’ which of course is Carbon Dioxide emissions and what it is supposedly doing to our planet

Frustration about the lies told about renewable energy and the deliberate distortion of renewable energy and its ability to replace fossil fuel energy generation. And frustration at the ridiculous carbon credit programme which is beyond comprehension.

And further frustration at some members of the public who have not got a clue about thermal Power Stations or Renewable Energy. Quoting ridiculous figures about something they clearly have little or no knowledge of.

Coal-fired Power Stations
First coal fired power stations do NOT send 60 to 70% of the energy up the chimney. The boilers of modern power station are 96% efficient and the exhaust heat is captured by the economisers and reheaters that heat the air and water before entering the boilers.

The very slight amount exiting the stack is moist as in condensation and CO2. There is virtually no fly ash because this is removed by the precipitators or bagging plant that are 99.98% efficient. The 4% lost is heat through boiler wall convection.

Coal-fired Power Stations are highly efficient with very little heat loss and can generate a massive amount of energy for our needs. They can generate power at efficiency of less than 10,000 b.t.u. per kilowatt and cost-wise that is very low.

The percentage cost of mining and freight is very low. The total cost of fuel is 8% of total generation cost and does NOT constitute a major production cost.

As for being laughed out of the country, China is building multitudes of coal-fired power stations because they are the most efficient for bulk power generation.

We have, like, the USA, coal-fired power stations because we HAVE the raw materials and are VERY fortunate to have them. Believe me no one is laughing at Australia – exactly the reverse, they are very envious of our raw materials and independence.

The major percentage of power in Europe and U.K. is nuclear because they don’t have the coal supply for the future.

Yes it would be very nice to have clean, quiet, cheap energy in bulk supply. Everyone agrees that it would be ideal. You don’t have to be a genius to work that out. But there is only one problem—It doesn’t exist

Yes – there are wind and solar generators being built all over the world but they only add a small amount to the overall power demand.

Wind generators
The maximum size wind generator is 3 Megawatts, which can rarely be attained on a continuous basis because it requires substantial forces of wind. And for the same reason only generate when there is sufficient wind to drive them.

This of course depends where they are located but usually they only run for 45% -65% of the time, mostly well below maximum capacity. They cannot be relied on for a ‘base load ‘because they are too variable. And they certainly could not be used for load control.

Hydro Electric
The peak load demand for electricity in Australia is approximately 50,000 Megawatts and only small part of this comes from the Snowy Hydro Electric System (the ultimate power Generation) because it is only available when water is there from snow melt or rain. And yes, they can pump it back but it costs to do that. (Long Story).

Tasmania is very fortunate in that they have mostly hydro-electric generation because of their high amounts of snow and rainfall. They also have wind generators (located in the roaring forties) but that is only a small amount of total power generated.

Based on an average generating output of 1.5 megawatts (of unreliable power) you would require over 33,300 wind generators.

Solar Power
As for solar power generation much research has been done over the decades and there are two types.

Solar thermal generation and Solar Electric generation but in each case they cannot generate large amounts of electricity.

Any clean, cheap energy is obviously welcomed but they would NEVER have the capability of replacing Thermal Power Generation. So get your heads out of the clouds, do some basic mathematics and look at the facts, – not going off with the fairies (or some would say the extreme greenies.)

We are all greenies in one form or another and care very much about our planet. The difference is most of us are realistic. Not in some idyllic utopia where everything can be made perfect by standing around holding a banner and being a general pain in the backside.

Here are some facts that will show how ridiculous this financial madness is that the government is following. Do the simple maths and see for yourselves.

According to the ‘believers’ the CO2 in air has risen from .034% to .038% in air over the last 50 years. To put the percentage of Carbon Dioxide in air in a clearer perspective:

If you had a room 3.7 x 3.7 x 2.1 metres the area carbon dioxide would occupy in that room would be .25 x .25 x ..17m or the size of a large packet of cereal.

Australia emits 1% of the world’s total carbon Dioxide and the government wants to reduce this by 20%t or reduce emissions by 0.2 % of the world’s total CO2 emissions.

What effect will this have on existing CO2 levels?

By their own figures they state the CO2 in air has risen from .034% to .038% in 50 years.

Assuming this is correct, the world CO2 has increased in 50 years by…004%. Per year that is .004 divided by 50 = …00008%. (Getting confusing -but stay with me).

Of that because we only contribute 1% our emissions would cause CO2 to rise .00008 divided by 100 =…0000008%.

Of that 1%, we supposedly emit, the governments wants to reduce it by 20% which is 1/5th of .0000008 =…00000016% effect per year they would have on the world CO2 emissions based on their own figures.

That would equate to an area in the same room, as the size of a small pin.

For that they have gone crazy with the ridiculous trading schemes, Solar and Roofing Installations, Clean Coal Technology Renewable Energy, etc, etc.

How ridiculous it that?

The cost to the general public and industry will be enormous. Cripple and even closing some smaller businesses.
